Salary: £60,000- £75,000.

Overview:
First Military Recruitment are currently seeking a Associate Partner on behalf of one of our clients.
Our client encourages applications from ex-military personnel however all candidates will be given due consideration.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Financial responsibility for your team
- Business development – working with your network to secure repeat and new business
- Development of your team – recruitment, training and development plans
- Support the offices with cross office resources
- Recruitment of strategic hires to grow your team
- Support other teams across the offices with financial / strategic challenges
- Supporting and promoting the company at industry events
- Ensuring you keep up to date with legislation changes and disseminating across the business
Skills and qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Degree in a relevant subject
- Evidence of continuous professional development
- Proficient user of IT software packages
Salary: £60,000- £75,000.
Location: Reading.
