Location – Eccleshall, ST15, Staffordshire + Regular UK Travel
Type – Permanent
Hours – 36.5 hours
Salary – £40,851.20 (Earnings up to £65,000) + company Van (business use only)
Overview:
We are currently recruiting for an Instrument Pipe-fitter to join our clients growing business within the industrial gas sector.
All candidates are require to live within a 60 minute commute of the client’s depot in Eccleshall ST15.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain piping systems for instrumentation and control processes within the industrial gas industry.
- Fabricate and fit pipes according to technical drawings and specifications.
- Conduct routine maintenance and inspections to ensure system integrity and performance.
- Troubleshoot and repair issues within piping systems and related instrumentation.
- Perform pressure tests and other performance tests to ensure system reliability.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations in all tasks.
- Maintain detailed records of installations, maintenance activities, and repairs.
- Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to support project needs and deadlines.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Instrument Pipe Fitter
- Strong knowledge of instrumentation and control piping systems.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and schematics.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Relevant technical certification.

Requirements:
- Full, Clean Driving license
- City & Guilds Basic Engineering and Engineering Systems Competence
