Overview:
First Military Recruitment are currently seeking a Service Manager (Agriculture) on behalf of one of our clients.

Duties and Responsibilities for the Service Manager (Agriculture):
- Lead and manage technicians to achieve service objectives and maintain high standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer concerns promptly and professionally.
- Develop a deep understanding of industry regulations, health and safety standards, and ensure adherence.
- Oversee and optimize the service desk operations, ensuring efficiency and top-notch service.
- Monitor and address recurring departmental issues and work towards effective solutions.
- Conduct audits to ensure work quality, standards, and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with suppliers to exceed industry standards.
Skills and Qualifications for the Service Manager (Agriculture):
- Prior experience in service management
- Comprehensive industry, or similar industry, knowledge.
- Strong management and customer-facing skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication.
- The ability to thrive under pressure.
- Self-motivation and creative problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in IT tools and systems.
