Duties and Responsibilities:
- Undertaking land / topographic surveys, using a variety of specialist equipment and technology.
- Using a range of equipment to produce surveys.
- Analysing information thoroughly before it is handed over.
- Processing the site data (desirable but not essential).
- Checking equipment is correct and in calibration for all site activities.
- Using equipment in the correct manner, keeping it clean and functional before returning to stores.
- Producing site records and specified output/deliverables as required.
- Preparing survey drawings (desirable but not essential).
- Advising about technical matters.
- Working both on site and in offices/workshops as required.
- Supporting development of in-house engineers and trainees to use survey equipment effectively and process data.
Skills and Qualifications:
- 2+ years in a similar role.
- Specialist land surveying skills.
- Technical qualifications (NVQ/HNC etc.).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong interpersonal communication.
- Planning and organisational skills.
- Ability to work safely and at times remotely, observing all aspects of health and safety which could both impact yourself and others.
- Ability to work to deadlines.
- Happy to work within confined spaces (formal confined spaces training will be provided).
- Be eligible to live and work in the UK.
- Hold a full valid UK driving licence.
- Any experience in the following will be advantageous but not essential: Autodesk / Survey process software / Trimble or Leica / GNSS / total station / laser scanning.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct drainage surveys using a mainline CCTV Rig, ensuring accurate assessments of pipes, sewers and drainage systems.
- Code defects to MSCC5 standards generate detailed reports using industry software.
- Undertake investigations and connectivity surveys.
- Impermeable area surveys.
- Work closely with in-house teams on projects they control.
- Being innovative with a can-do attitude to ensure the survey brief can be completed within projected timescales and costs.
- Can take control and managed jetting and traffic management sub-contract teams whilst completing the survey work.
- Be adaptable and diverse, open to undertaking various other survey disciplines within the drainage industry.
- Development opportunities will be available to broaden your capability within different survey disciplines within the drainage sector.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Prior experience with drainage connectivity/mapping surveying.
- Possession of a valid OS19X / OS21X qualification (advantageous but not essential).
- Experience of operating CCTV systems and producing standardised coded reports (WinCan or similar).
- Confident in using IT with a good level of knowledge using Word & Excel.
- Ability to work as part of a team, supporting others and giving/taking direction.
- Comfortable working within confined spaces (existing in-date training would be beneficial but not required).
- A knowledge of structures, construction materials and common associated defects utilising MSCC5 (or similar) coding.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Driving and bearing on funerals.
- Removal of deceased from houses, nursing homes and mortuaries.
- Delivering and collecting coffins to and from airports.
- Duty service according to rota.
- Delivering and collecting various documents.
- Dressing deceased in preparation for viewing.
- Ensure vehicles are cleaned daily, make sure oil, petrol, water etc is kept at correct levels.
- For the limos make sure they have wreath card envelopes, mass envelopes, flowers, nursing home letter and clean envelope, ensure you have enough song sheets. For Greek funerals take table, 2 towels and 2 bottles of water. If horse hearse, ensure you have trestles when going into the church or trolley if a casket.
- Drivers must wear a cap, ensure you know the location of the church, house or crematorium. Have trolley, trestles and if double funeral 2 trolleys and trestles
- Ensure you have a sufficient number of shoulder pads. They must be used at all times to carry coffin.
- Check before you leave the garage that you are wearing appropriate attire.
