After all, we have decades of recruitment and HR experience and are very comfortable providing an independent and pro bono consultancy to your organisation whether you are an SME or global giant client of ours!
We will support you in any accreditation you might be looking to achieve with the Armed Forces – after all, we are Gold Standard Employers under the MODs Employer Recognition Scheme so we know what it takes for an organisation to align themselves with that ethos and culture.
We will provide leadership and soft skills training through our sister company, Learning Direct, as part of any major recruitment campaigns we are involved – again, pro bono.
