Duties and Responsibilities:
- Act as the Principal Designer as defined under CDM 2015 on a range of projects across sectors such as healthcare, education, commercial, residential and infrastructure.
- Lead the coordination of design risk management across multidisciplinary teams to eliminate, reduce, or control foreseeable risks.
- Engage early with clients and design teams to influence project planning and promote best practice health and safety from concept through to completion.
- Provide competent advice to clients on their duties under CDM Regulations and other relevant health and safety legislation.
- Review and collate pre-construction information and identify gaps or areas requiring action.
- Prepare and manage the health and safety file, ensuring completeness and usability.
- Chair and participate in design risk review meetings and workshops.
- Mentor and support CDM and H&S professionals across the team.
- Contribute to business development, bid writing and client relationship management.
- Undertake site inspections and monitoring visits to determine CDM compliance.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Control the cost management for project and provide financial reporting regularly.
- Understand the contractual requirements of project documents including the roles and responsibilities of all involved and the notices required to record change etc. Ensure all required notices are issued in a timely manner.
- Ensure that the financial position of a construction project is reported accurately and controlled effectively and is maintained throughout.
- Play a key role in guiding and developing all project staff on commercial issues.
- Undertake all responsibilities in line with company policies and IMS procedures. This includes adhering to the Code of Conduct, Contract Performance Procedure, Project Review Management Guidelines, Risk and Opportunity Management Guidelines, Design Management Guidelines.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience of working on medium to large sized projects of value in excess of £25 million.
- Have relevant experience of running significant multiple subcontract packages of value £1 million to £20 million.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Establish and provide leadership in best practice in safety, health and sustainability matters.
- Advise and support Directors, Managers and Supervisors to discharge their H&S responsibilities regarding their employees and others to whom they have a duty as defined by legislation and procedures.
- Ensure management controls are in place so that all personnel are aware of their statutory duties and responsibilities and to provide advice as and when required.

Skills and Qualifications:
- It is essential that you are a Chartered Member of the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health (CMIOSH) and hold the relevant qualifications under the CSCS card system.
- You must have the confidence to stop work at any time if the health and safety elements of the project are in question.
- Previous project site experience is essential. You will be required to have the ability to identify, assess, and mitigate risks in a project environment while leading the health and safety team, setting safety policies, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
