Duties and Responsibilities for the Warehouse Shift Manager:

- Troubleshoot delays, shortages, mis-picks or equipment issues promptly.
- Prepare accurate shift reports and handovers to the next shift.
- Support continuous improvement by identifying inefficiencies and suggesting solutions.
Skills and Qualifications for the Warehouse Shift Manager:
Essential:
- Proven experience in warehouse supervisor, leader or logistics management (supervisory level or above).
- Background in 3PL/warehouse management
- Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
- Good understanding of warehouse processes, stock control, and systems.
- Excellent time management, organisation and prioritisation skills.
- Knowledge of health & safety standards and manual handling regulations.

Assisting the Production Team Leader in the safe and efficient running of the plant, you will undertake technical and operational duties, which include plant monitoring and maintenance to ensure maximum plant availability and performance. The successful candidate will be joining the operations team, which works a shift system covering 24 hours operation, 7 days a week. You will work an average of 38 hours a week.
