JE137: Engineering Team Leader
Location: Southampton
Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum
Role Overview: Lead and manage a team of five engineers, overseeing the installation and maintenance of mechanical systems with some electrical work. You’ll work on-site, ensure quality and safety, and interact with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and support your team, coordinate schedules, and foster a collaborative environment.
- Perform and supervise installations and maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high standards.
- Serve as the main contact for clients, addressing concerns and building strong relationships.
- Adhere to and enforce health and safety regulations.
- Keep accurate records and report on team performance and project status.
Qualifications:
- Experience in mechanical engineering with some electrical knowledge.
- Leadership experience preferred.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
