Location: Enfield
Salary: £35,000 – £40,000
Working Hours: Monday to Friday between 9am – 5.30pm

First Military Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Multi-skilled Land Maintenance Operative to work on a variety of projects across London. This is an excellent and exciting opportunity to join an established yet expanding business with an excellent opportunity of career advancement.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Keeping the site grounds clean and Tidy
- Cutting grass / hedges that over grow onto the public highway
- Ensuring sites are secure by fitting CCTV and burglar alarms (monitoring CCTV once installed)
- Liaising with other departments within the business, e.g. – providing access to sites when necessary
- Head office security cover (Open up the office, turn on lights / equipment, supervise the door in the morning and evening; check all lights turned off, windows closed & equipment (e.g., air conditioning units) turned off, lock up and secure the office
- On call for Head Office – Secom (Burglar Alarm) and ADT (Fire) alarm
Skills and Qualifications:
- Multi disciplined experience (electrical, plumbing, landscaping) would be advantageous
- Experience of working in a multi disciplined role
- Excellent time keeping skills
- Initiative to work on your own and within a team
