Salary: £13.35 per hour
Location: St Mellons, Cardiff
Overview: First Military Recruitment are currently seeking a Production Operator on behalf of one of our clients. You will manufacture products to the expected high standard, based on customer specification.
Hours: You will be contracted to working on a 3 week shift rotation of,
Days: Monday – Friday, 6am – 2pm
Afternoons: Monday – Friday, 2pm – 10pm, 10% shift allowance
Nights: Sunday night – Friday morning, 10pm – 6am, 30% shift allowance
OR
Days: Monday – Friday, 6am – 2pm
Afternoons: Monday – Friday, 2pm – 10pm, 10% shift allowance
Late: Fridays, 2pm – 8pm, 10% shift allowance

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure all orders are completed to company standards, as per specified job cards and quality documents.
- Ensure health and safety is followed at all times, and correct PPE is worn for the nature of the job being undertaken.
- Ensure work areas are clean, safe and well maintained.
- Follow manual handling processes.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Manufacturing experience, preferably within a construction company.
- Ability to identify and find a solution to a problem.
- Positive work ethic.
- Team player.
- Ability to be flexible and adaptable.
- Good communication skills.
