JA1285 - Field Based Trainer.
Location - Birmingham/Coventry
Salary: £27K
Type - Permanent full-time, Monday-Friday, regular travel and overnight stays, occasional weekend.
Overview:
We are currently recruiting for a Field Based Trainer to join our client who are a world-leading organisation specialising in manual handling solutions.The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering the company’s acclaimed manual handling training courses on site at their clients’ premises. Each session will include both theory and hands-on practical training. In this varied and exciting role, the candidate will have the opportunity to deliver sessions across a wide range of industries and make a positive impact to the health and wellbeing of the client’s employees. As it is a field-based role there will be regular travel and 4 days per week will be client facing.
Our client will provide full training prior to the commencement of delivering their training packages.
Skills & Experience:
- Enthusiasm.
- Confidence to deal with people at all levels.
- Excellent communicator.
- Good sense of humour.
- Good presentation skills.
- Knowledge of anatomy and physiology (desirable but not essential as full training will be given).
- Training background (desirable but not essential).
- Health & Safety Qualifications (desirable but not essential).
- Full clean UK driving licence
