MB507: Sous Chef
Location: Cambridge
Salary: £32,000 - £34,000 + uncapped tips

Overview:

First Military Recruitment is proudly working in partnership with a fantastic restaurant and public house business who are looking to recruit a Sous Chef on a permanent basis due to growth located in the heart of Cambridge.

Open all day for brunch, lunch and dinner, this fantastic and niche restaurant provides a unique setting for all sorts of occasions, from a quick coffee and brunch to a special dinner with friends. They take pride in serving fresh, locally-sourced food for all tastes, with a particular reputation for vegetarian & vegan offerings, albeit there’s plenty on the menu for meat & fish lovers too!

Duties and Responsibilities:

Preparing high quality food for customers quickly and efficiently.
Maintaining food hygiene and safety standards.
Assisting Head Chef in running of kitchen.
Coaching and mentoring Chefs and KPs.
Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen.
Following proper food handling procedures and food safety regulations.

Skills and Qualifications:

Strong chef experience.
Enthusiastic.
Takes pride in what you do.
Ready for a new challenge.
Good communicator.
