MB327 – Fire & Security Engineer
Location: Yorkshire – Nationwide Travel
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 DOE
Additional benefits: Van, mobile, tablet, £70 weekly call out rota + hourly rate if called out

Overview:

First Military Recruitment are currently seeking a Fire & Security Engineer for a family run fire and security business who have been trading for many years. They are looking for a Fire & Security Engineer who is willing to travel throughout the UK to join our team on a full time, permanent basis.

Our client encourages applications from ex-military personnel however all candidates will be given due consideration.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Service, maintenance, fault-finding, repair and installation of Intruder Alarms, Access Control systems, CCTV, And Fire Alarms.
Taking part in out of hours call out rota
Your area of work will be covering the UK

Skills and Qualifications:

Service based Engineer would be ideal, however Multi Skilled / Installation Engineers will also be considered
Experienced in a range of disciplines - intruder alarms, CCTV, access control, fire alarms
Good understanding of SSAIB and BAFE requirements is preferred.
Full UK manual Driving License
Knowledge of a range equipment - training can be provided if necessary on certain systems.
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Good Fault / Problem solving skills
