MS446 - Junior Sales & Project Co-Ordinator
Location: Christian Malford, Chippenham
Salary: £25,000 - £27,000 per annum
Overview: First Military Recruitment are currently seeking a Junior Sales & Project Co-Ordinator on behalf of one of our Clients. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for enquiries, responsible for progressing enquiries and assisting with the co-ordination of projects when they become ‘live’. You will plan and schedule projects working closely with the project manager and production team to ensure projects are executed within budget and timeframe.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Respond to enquiries (telephone, email and social media).
- Record enquiries onto a database.
- Gather specific detail for the brief and define project requirements.
- Arrange for the preliminary design to be carried out.
- Compose quotations based on design/s.
- Finalising the design.
- Assisting with the planning of the project and ordering goods and materials.
- Schedule project meetings.
- Monitor project progress.
- Provide status reports.
- Update Sales and Project Management program.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Experience in a similar role would be beneficial.
- To succeed in this role, you must be able to multitask and manage your time well.
- Proficient with IT systems (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- You must be customer focused and have excellent time management and communication skills as you will collaborate with clients and staff in-house to deliver projects of the highest standard.
