Location: Innsworth, Gloucester
Salary: £45,000 Per Annum
Working Hours: Monday - Friday (37.5 Hours Per Week)
Overview:
First Military Recruitment are currently supporting one of our established and expanding HVAC clients within Gloucestershire in their search for an AAT qualified Finance Manager.
The Finance Manager is responsible for the general running of the office and accounts function on a day to day basis.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage payroll systems and ensure timely payment to employees.
- Ensure accurate bookkeeping and ledger management.
- Monitoring all incoming emails and calls responding to enquiries as necessary
- Oversee administrative and support staff, assigning tasks and managing performance.
- Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Prepare, monitor, and manage budgets to ensure financial health.
- Supervise day-to-day office operations to ensure efficiency.
Skills and Qualifications:
- AAT / ACCA qualification or qualified by experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Industry experience is NOT required.
- Previous office management experience
