MS558 - Production Operator

Salary: £11.55 per hour

Location: St Mellons

Overview: First Military Recruitment are currently seeking a Production Operator on behalf of one of our clients.

Manufacture products to the expected high standard, based on customer specification.

Our client encourages applications from ex-military personnel however all candidates will be given due consideration.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Ensure all orders are completed to company standards, as per specified job cards and quality documents.
Ensure health and safety is followed at all times, and correct PPE is worn for the nature of the job being undertaken.
Ensure work areas are clean, safe and well maintained.
Follow manual handling processes.

Skills and Qualifications:

Previous manufacturing experience is desirable but not essential. Full training will be provided.
Ability to identify and find a solution to a problem.
Manufacturing experience, preferably within a construction company.
Positive work ethic.
Team player.
Ability to be flexible and adaptable.
Good communication skills.
