JR250: Sales Administrator (Part Time)

Location: Newcastle, Leeds or Chertsey

Salary: £11.44 Per Hour

Overview:

First Military Recruitment are currently seeking a Sales Administrator on behalf of one of our clients.

Our client encourages applications from ex-military personnel however all candidates will be given due consideration.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Filling in on line portals.
Complete and issue Tender submissions.
Complete quotation documentation packs checking content and issue to clients.
Complete internal bookings on Teams platform.
Preparing mailshots/issuing written documents.
Call handling incoming calls transferring/message taking as required.
Completing and checking internal forms for example customer setup forms; internal accounts forms.

Skills and Qualifications:

hard-working and of smart appearance
Comply with handbook and relevant Health and Safety standards
Previous experience in administration
Proficient with the Microsoft 365 office package (word, excel etc)

Location: Newcastle, Leeds or Chertsey

Salary: £11.44 Per Hour
