EY330 Surveyor Analyst
Location: Yorkshire (or surrounding areas)

Overview:
Our client, a respected name in the construction industry, is seeking a qualified and motivated Surveyor Analyst to join their team on a full-time basis. Based in Yorkshire, this role involves working on a range of domestic and commercial sites, conducting surveys, and providing analytical support in accordance with health and safety regulations. This opportunity is being recruited by First Military Recruitment on behalf of the client.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Carry out asbestos surveys in domestic and commercial environments
- Perform four-stage clearance procedures following established protocols
- Accurately record survey and clearance data using Alpha Tracker or similar software
- Collaborate with team members to ensure high standards of compliance and safety
- Provide clear, concise reports and communicate findings to stakeholders as needed
- Maintain professional knowledge of industry regulations and best practices
Skills and Qualifications:
- Hold valid P402, P403, and P404 certifications
- Minimum 12 months of experience in asbestos surveying and/or analysis
- Proven experience with four-stage clearance procedures
- Comfortable using Alpha Tracker or equivalent software
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently
- Experience in both commercial and domestic settings preferred, though strong domestic-only experience will be considered
