MB804: Building Services Engineer
Location: London (Inside M25)
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 depending on experience + average of £5k OTE

Overview:

First Military Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Building Services Engineer on behalf of our clients, a well-established and growing organisation within the HVAC industry.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Working mainly in large residential blocks, commercial offices and schools providing commercial maintenance such as gas boilers, HVAC and water systems.
Routine mechanical maintenance of associated plant items such as pumps, heat exchangers, pressure vessels and valves will also form part of the role.
Support other trades as and when needed.

Skills and Responsibilities:

Strong knowledge of commercial building systems
Competent with fault finding across gas, heating, hot & cold-water systems
Familiar with BMS, pumps, vessels, plate exchangers, valves, etc.
Flexible, professional approach and great communication skills.
Proficient with PDA/tablet use.
Commercial gas qualifications.
Full UK driving licence.
Comfortable using tablets/PDAs.
Willingness to support other trades when needed.
