CR4 - Personal Trainer

Salary: £40,000 + Benefits

Locations: Central, North, South, East & West London

Are you passionate about helping people achieve their fitness goals and live healthier, more confident lives? We’re looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Personal Trainer to join our growing team across multiple London locations - Ex military personnel welcome!

Key Responsibilities

Deliver one-to-one and small group training sessions
Create personalised fitness and nutrition plans aligned with client goals
Track progress and adjust programmes as needed to ensure continued results
Promote and represent the brand across our London gyms
Contribute to a positive, high-energy gym culture
Stay current with fitness trends and techniques

Skills & Qualifications:

Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification (REPs or CIMSPA recognised)
Previous experience in personal training or fitness coaching
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for health, fitness, and helping others succeed
A proactive, client-focused mindset
