Overview:
First Military Recruitment are currently searching for an MOT Tester to join our client’s busy and professional workshop. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out MOT inspections in line with DVSA standards while maintaining high levels of accuracy and customer service.
Our client strongly encourages applications from ex-military personnel but all candidates will be considered.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Carry out MOT inspections in accordance with DVSA regulations.
- Identify vehicle faults and advise on required repairs.
- Complete MOT documentation accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organised working environment.
- Work closely with workshop colleagues to manage workload priorities.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Valid MOT Tester qualification.
- Good mechanical knowledge and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
