Location: Central London and Surrounding Areas
Hours: 06:00 – 14:00
Salary: £32,000 - £45,000 Annually

Overview:
Our client is actively seeking Ex-Military personnel to join their specialist High-Rise Services Team operating across Central London and surrounding areas.
This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who enjoy working outdoors, take pride in delivering high standards, and are looking to develop specialist skills within a growing sector. Working as part of a professional operational team, you will carry out external building maintenance and facade services on a variety of commercial and prestigious sites.
What You'll Be Doing
- Carrying out specialist external building maintenance services
- Working on high-profile commercial and residential buildings
- Operating safely and effectively at height following company procedures
- Ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards
- Working as part of a close-knit operational team
- Following health and safety regulations at all times
- Representing the company professionally whilst on customer sites
- Maintaining equipment and reporting any defects or issues
- Supporting colleagues to ensure projects are completed efficiently

Desirable Experience
- Previous experience in facilities, maintenance, construction, cleaning, logistics, engineering, or operational environments
- Experience working outdoors
- Experience following strict health and safety procedures
- Military service or similar operational background
- No previous high-rise experience is required as full training will be provided.
