Location: Central London and Surrounding Areas
Hours: 06:00 – 14:00
Salary: £32,000 - £45,000 Annually

Overview:
Our client is actively seeking Ex-Military personnel to join their specialist Maintenance Team operating across Central London and surrounding areas.
This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who enjoy working outdoors, take pride in maintaining high standards, and are looking to develop specialist skills within a growing business. Working as part of a professional operational team, you will be responsible for maintaining the external appearance of a range of commercial and prestigious buildings, often working at height.
What You'll Be Doing
- Carrying out external building maintenance activities
- Working on high-profile commercial and residential properties
- Operating safely and effectively at height following company procedures
- Maintaining the presentation and condition of building exteriors
- Using specialist access equipment and tools
- Ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards
- Working as part of a close-knit operational team
- Following health and safety regulations at all times
- Representing the company professionally whilst on customer sites
- Maintaining equipment and reporting any defects or issues
