The Opportunity
We are currently recruiting for Housekeepers to join a well-established holiday park business in South Cumbria. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who takes pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and enjoys working in a customer-focused environment.
You'll play a key role in ensuring guest accommodation and public areas are cleaned and presented to an exceptional standard, helping to create a positive experience for every visitor.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and prepare holiday accommodation to a high standard.
- Make beds, vacuum, dust, clean bathrooms and replenish amenities.
- Ensure accommodation is ready for guest arrivals within required timescales.
- Report maintenance issues, damage or defects promptly.
- Record and report any lost property in line with company procedures.
- Check accommodation inventory and replenish where required.
- Maintain excellent health and safety standards at all times.
- Deliver friendly and professional customer service when interacting with guests.
- Support the wider housekeeping team as required.
- Undertake any additional duties appropriate to the role.
What We're Looking For
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is desirable but not essential.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Positive, reliable and hardworking attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexible approach to working weekends and holidays on a rota basis.
- Good communication skills.
- Right to work in the UK.
Working Hours
- Working 5 days out of 7, including weekends and bank holidays.
- Hours will vary depending on business needs.
