MB996: Senior Estimator (Hard Landscaping)
Location: Chesterfield and surrounding areas
Salary: £80,000pa DOE
Working Hours: Monday to Friday

Overview:

First Military Recruitment is proudly working in partnership with a fantastic business who are looking to recruit a Senior Estimator (with a background in Hard Landscaping) on a permanent basis due to growth located at their Chesterfield location.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for external works and hard landscaping projects.
Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and our project teams to keep everything on track and budget compliant.
Lead and mentor a team of up-and-coming estimators, passing on your knowledge and creating a thriving, collaborative atmosphere.
Encourage a supportive atmosphere where everyone is motivated to learn, grow, and contribute.
Use your expertise to identify risks, opportunities, and introduce new ideas and processes that benefit both the team and the business.

A Senior Estimator with experience in external works and hard landscaping.
